In order to increase shipment to the U.S. PV market through a way that circumvents the anti-dumping tariffs, JA Solar is seeking for partners to establish a PV cell and module manufacturing factory in Southeastern Asia. The factory would help JA Solar to reduce its manufacturing costs down to around US$30 million.
