To make your own DIY fruit leather, you will need:
- fruit (we used mangoes and strawberries but feel free to use whatever fruit you’d like)
- a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or another non-stick liner
- an oven
- a spatula to spread out your fruit
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Farenheit.
Step 2:
Then, puree your fruit in either a food processor or a blender.
Step 3:
Next, pour your fruit onto your non-stick baking sheet and spread it out into a thin (about 1/4″-1/2″ thick) layer.
TIP: Since the edges of the mixture will tend to dry out more quickly, try to make them slightly thicker than the middle.
