Safdie’s Cascading SkyHabitat complex in Singapore features green sky bridges

The SkyHabitat features numerous common spaces for recreation and interaction, along with sky bridges that help with natural ventilation and daylighting. The cascading volumes are dotted with terraces and gardens for a high-quality lifestyle.

The complex comprises a total of 61,000 square meters with 509 residential units distributed across 38-story volumes. The size of the units varies, with two, three and four-bedrooms. Recreational and communal spaces include leisure pools, a 50-meter lap pool, children’s pool, a play area, tennis court, barbeque pits, karaoke rooms, a function room and a gymnasium.
