Size: Bedroom of 215 square feet (20 square meters), bathroom of 86 square feet (8 square meters) and walk-in closet of 43 square feet (4 square meters)

The original second-floor layout of this house consisted of two bedrooms and a rundown bathroom. “The clients wanted to alter this, as it didn’t suit their lifestyle and they didn’t have a real master bedroom,” says Hawkins, who was brought on board for the entire remodeling of the upper floors, including all the architectural and interior design work.
The new layout is far more in keeping with their needs. It now includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with a shower. There is also a study (relocated from the third floor) and powder room.
