The three-story, prefabricated pavilion features a long rectangular swimming pool with a bar at its entrance. Inside, visitors will have a choice of three restaurants as well as a series of exhibition spaces to explore. A public green roof tops the otherwise all-white pavilion. Leading Czech artists Luke Rittstein, Jakub Nepras, Maxim Velcovsky, and Federico Diaz will design the interiors.

The architects also designed the pavilion with future uses in mind. “The lower part of the pavilion may continue to be used as a restaurant and swimming pool,” write the architects. “[And] the top two floors can be used after simple modification as kindergartens, art galleries or student accommodation.” The individual modules could also be easily dismantled and shipped back to the Czech Republic for alternative uses.
